Abstract:
Provided are a porous material and porous sheet which use a fibroin porous body that exhibits excellent handling properties and slicing properties, and is flexible even in a dry state. The porous material is characterized in that the fibroin porous body contains 20-75 mass% of a hydroxyl-group-containing compound having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less.
