Abstract:
In the present invention, a porous member is provided with a base member (5) and a carbon nanostructure (10). The base member (5) comprises a porous body having a porosity rate of 80% or higher. The carbon nanostructure (10) is formed on the surface of the base member (5), and is 100 nm wide or less. A catalyst member is provided with a catalyst disposed on the surface of the carbon nanostructure.
