Abstract:
Provided is a porous membrane containing a polymer having a negative charge. The porous membrane has a non-uniform structure in the thickness direction, in which a first surface thereof is sparse, and a second surface thereof is dense. In the porous membrane, the transmittance of a gold colloid having an average particle diameter of 10 nm from the first surface to the second surface is 5% or more. The porous membrane does not have transmittability with respect to a gold colloid having an average particle diameter of 30 nm from the first surface to the second surface. The ratio of the thickness of a trapping layer with respect to the thickness of the porous membrane is 10% or more, the trapping layer trapping a gold colloid having an average particle diameter of 20 nm when the gold colloid having an average particle diameter of 20 nm is transmitted from the first surface to the second surface of the porous membrane.
