Description:
Portable Beverage Bottle lTechnical Field] The present invention is about a portable drink container, more specifically, a portable drink container enabling to carry mineral water or beverage in.

[Background Art) In general, we carry various sorts of drinks including mineral water or ion beverage to quench thirst, when going out for active outdoor activities like mountain climbing or jogging, or going on a picnic accompanying children frequently taking water.

Before departing to take part in outdoor activities, we sometimes carry mineral water or beverage in a separate water pail or container, but we often buy water or beverage in a container in the market and carry it, because it is uncomfortable to clean a separate container or prepare it in advance, etc.

Among the bottles or vessels of mineral water, there are some made of glass, but most are made of PET. This PET container of drinks is much used due to the small volume, the little possibility of fragility and the lightness.

When climbing a mountain or taking outdoor activities, a user can carry a pet drink container in a backpack or bag. In this case, it, however, causes him inconvenience to take it out from a bag or backpack in order to drink water.

Furthermore, a user is put to inconvenience to carry this beverage container in hand when he does some mountain climbing or jogging without any backpack or bag. Accordingly, it is difficult for him to maximize the effect of exercise in case of mountain climbing or jogging.

The current invention, which has been contrived to solve the above-mentioned problem, aims to offer a portable drink container facilitating the portage of drinks.

The above penetrating opening is formed leaning one-way from the center of a container body of square column form, by a slot hole so that a string-formed wearing material can penetrate.

The part leaning one-way from the center of the container body forming the above penetrating opening is formed as a wall part by the materials forming the container body.

Also, an incising opening formed by incising in part the container body from down to upwards forms the above wearing equipment.

The above incising opening is formed leaning one-way from the center of the cylinder-formed container body by a slot hole in order to be hung on a string-formed wearing material.

The above incising opening possesses a projection formed by being projected inside the outer cover of the opposite side in order to be supported outside the endodermis.

The above incising opening is formed leaning one-way from the center of the cylinder-formed container body by a slot hole in order to be hung on a string-formed wearing material. This slot hole possesses an expanding part corresponding to the thickness of wearing material.

The above slot hole possesses a guiding part guiding the insertion of the wearing material into the incising opening.

The above opening is formed leaning one-way from the center of the container body of a square column by a slot hole in order to be hung on a string-formed wearing material.

The part leaning one-way from he center of the container body forming the above incising opening is formed as a wall part by the materials forming the container body.

A clip forms the above wearing equipment in order to hang the container body on the wearing material.

The above clip is formed in the middle of the container body. Also, the above clip is formed by being extended from the neck, and in the same form as that of the upper side of the container body. A groove is formed in the opposite side of the clip. In the following, the various execution examples are explained by referring to the accompanying figures.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of the first execution example of a portable drink by this invention, and Figure 2 is a flat cross-sectional view by the A-A line of Figure 1.

If we explain by referring to these figures, the drink container by this invention include the container body (1) and the lid (3), and in addition to these, it posses the wearing equipment (4).

The above container body forms a volume that can contain the drinks such as mineral water or various drinks. Possessing the pouring opening 7, the container body (1) allows to pour into the inside or to drink the poured drinks.

Also, the lid (3) keeps the container body (1) airtight, formed to be combined with <BR> <BR> the pouring opening (7. ) This lid (3) keeps the pouring opening 7 airtight by forming a female screw part in the inner surface in order to combined with the male screw part (9) formed in the circumference of the pouring opening (7).

Like this, the opening and shutting structure of the pouring opening 7 and the lid (3) in the container body (1) enables to drink the drinks in the container body (1) several times carrying it for a long time.

The above container body (1) and lid (3) can be formed by various materials, but It is desirable that they are formed by PET. This PET makes the beverage container light, and outdoor activities and carriage comfortable, because it has the strong durability against the considerable shock. Also, the container (1)

can be also formed in the form of a cylinder or square column, namely a multi- angulÄr {cofunnn.

The container body (1) with the form of a square or multi-angular , column forms the contact of surface with a user and the more stable and comfortable structure in case of carrying, compared to the cylinder-formed one forming the contact of line with a user.

The portable drink container by this invention possesses the above wearing equipment (4), in addition to the composition possessing the container body (1) and the lid (3).

This wearing equipment 4 is composed in various manners in order to facilitate the carriage of the drink container by this invention by combining, the container body (1) with the wearing material possessed by a user.

Also, this wearing equipment 4 can be produced separately, being combined with the container body (1), but it is more desired that it is formed with the container (1) in a set. Accordingly, it is illustrated that the container body (1) and the wearing equipment 4 are formed in a set. This one-set structure by the container body (1) and the wearing equipment 4 has a merit simplifying the production process of a drink container.

In the meantime, the wearing equipment can be formed in various structures in case it is formed with the container body (1) in a set. These execution examples exemplify the wearing equipments formed by the penetration opening (5), incising opening 21 and clip 27.

The following explain referring to the penetrating opening (5), incising opening 21, or clip 27 which are concrete examples of the wearing equipment (5).

The above penetrating opening (5) is arranged and formed with the structure penetrating the container body (1). This penetrating opening (5) is formed in the horizontal direction of the container body (1) (cf. Figure 1 and Figure 2). The wearing material (11) of a user can penetrate the penetrating opening (5) so formed.

This wearing material (11) can be a waist belt or a string pertaining to a bag or backpack, but not confined to these. They involve all the things enabling a user to carry easily a drink container without using any hand.

It is desirable to make the sectional image identical and the area of contact as broad as possible so that the both can be combined more stably

without swinging the drink container, when worn.

The penetrating opening (5) is formed in the position leaning one- way from the center of the cylinder-formed container (1), and by a slot hole corresponding to this belt form so that the string-formed wearing material (11) can be inserted.

The penetrating opening (5) in this slot hole can be formed by penetrating the center of the container body (1), but It is desirable that it is formed leaning one-way from the center as illustrated in Figure 2, if the container body (1) is within the scope having the strength enough to make the carriage of drinks possible. The so leaning structure offers comfort, compared to the carriage of a container on the waist.

Figure 3 is a perspective view of the first execution example of a portable drink container by this invention.

If we explain by referring to these figures, the user (13) carries the drink container by this invention by inserting the waist belt into the penetrating (5) formed in the container body (1) and binding it with the waist.

The user (13) in the above Figure can be replaced with a backpack or a bag. In this case, the above waist belt (15) is replaced with a string in a backpack or a bag.

It is possible to transform the drink container possessing the above penetrating opening (5) in various execution examples. The following execution examples are the same or similar as the above first ones in the general composition and working effect. Accordingly, the specific explanation is omitted and the different compositions are explained in the following.

Figure 4 is a flat cross-sectional view of the second execution example by the A-A line of Figure 1.

If we explain the second execution example by referring to this figure, this drink container forms as a wall part the part (1a), which leans one-way from the center of the container body 1 forming the penetrating opening (5), by the material forming the container 1. is a flat cross-sectional view by the B-B line of Figure 6. The formation of the structure filling this part 1 simplifies the structure of the metallic pattern for modeling this drink container.

Figure 5 is a perspective view of the third execution example of a portable drink container by this invention. If we explain the third execution example by referring to this figure, this drink container possesses a label sheet (17) in

addition to the composition of the first execution example. This label sheet (17) covers the penetrating (5), and possesses the incising part 19 in order to eliminate its part, when the penetrating opening (5) is used.

It is desirable to enable to confirm that the penetrating opening (5) is formed in case of cutting the cutting part, with the incising part (19) formed in the part facing the penetrating part (5) in the state of being attached to the container body.

The drink container from which the incising part (19) of label sheet (17) is cut can be used as that in the first execution example.

Figure 6 is a perspective view of the sixth execution example of a portable drink container by this invention. Figure 7 is a fiat cross-sectional view by the B-B line of Figure 6.

If we explain the fourth execution example by referring to this figure, this drink container is formed in the form of a square or multi-angular column, compared to the form of a cylinder of the container body (1) in the first or second execution example.

This container body of a square column (1) form can offer more comfort in case of carriage by forming the contact of surface with a user (11) and the more stable structure. In this case, a square column (1) shows only one example of multi-angular columns. So, the column is not confined to a square.

In this case, it is also desirable that the penetrating opening (5) is formed leaning one-way from the center of the container body (1) and by a slot hole so that a string-formed wearing material (11) can be inserted.

Figure 8 is a flat cross-sectional view of the fifth execution example.

If we explain by referring to this figure, this container body forms as a wall part the part (1 a) leaning one-way from the center of the container body (1) forming the penetrating opening (5). The formation of the structure filling this part (1a) simplifies the structure of the metallic pattern for modeling this drink container. Figure 9 is a perspective view of the sixth execution example of a portable drink container by this invention. Figure 10 is a flat cross-sectional view by the C-C line of Figure 9 The sixth example is a case in which a wearing equipment (4) is formed by a incising opening (21).

In the meantime, the above incising opening (21) is arranged and formed in the structure of incising the container body (1). It is formed by a slot

hole which is incised from down to upwards in the position of leaning one-way fro the center of the container body (1) (cf. Figure 9 and Figure 10). The so formed the incising opening (21) is hung on the wearing material (11) possessed by a user.

This wearing material (11) can be a waist belt or a string pertaining to a bag or backpack, but not confined to these. They involve all the things enabling a user to carry easily a drink container by hanging it on the body without using any hand.

Figure 11 is a use-state perspective view of the sixth execution example of a portable drink by this invention.

If we explain the use state of the sixth example by referring to this figure, this incising opening (21), which hangs directly on the waist, makes the wearing of a drink container more comfortable, compared to the wearing equipment (5) that inserts the wearing material into the penetrating opening. In this case, the waist belt (5) corresponds to one example of the above wearing material (11).

This incising opening (21), which is formed by incising a side part of the container body (1), possesses the endodermis and the outer cover in the incised part. A projection (21 c) is formed inside this outer cover (21 b). This projection (21 c), which has the outer cover (21 b) of the slot hole forming the incising opening (21) supported by the endodermis (21 a), prevents drinks from coming into the mouth suddenly, when the container body is crushed by the force applied from the side of the container (1), in case of drinking. The projection (21 c) keeps the incising opening (21) in a definite gap, with the inner surface of its outer cover (21 b) supported by the outer surface of the endodermis.

Figure 12 is a cross-sectional view of the seventh execution example by the C-C line of Figure 9.

If we explain the seventh example by referring to this figure, this drink container body forms the part (1 a) leaning one-way from the center of the container body (1) forming the incising opening (21), as a wall part by the materials forming the container body (1). The formation of the structure filling this part (1a) simplifies the structure of the metallic pattern for modeling this drink container.

Figure 13 is a perspective view of the eighth execution example of a portable drink container by this invention. Figure 14 is a cross-sectional view by

the D-D line of Figure 13.

If we explain the eighth execution example by referring to this figure, this drink container posses the expanding part (23) in addition to the incising opening (21).

This incising opening (21) possesses an expanding part, compared to the sixth execution example simply formed by a slot hole. This expanding part (23) keeps the incising opening (21) stable, formed corresponding to the thickness of wearing material (11) like the waist belt hanging on the wearing equipment (21). Formed in the vertical direction, this expanding part (23) keeps the waist belt (15) in the vertical state, thereby making the container body (1) worn in the vertical state, compared to that the container body (1) is slightly tilted combined with the waist belt (15), with the incising opening (21) of the fourth execution example slightly tilted formed.

Also, this incising opening (21), whose endodermis (21 a) and outer cover (21 b) adhere closely to each other, possesses a guiding part (25) at the lower vertical ham. This guiding part (25) has the wearing material (11) smoothly inserted or guided between adhered wearing equipments (21), when hanging the drink container body (1) on the wearing material (11).

Figure 15 is a cross-sectional view by the C-C line of Figure 13.

If we explain the eighth execution example by referring to this figure, this drink container forms the part (1 a), which leans one-way from the center of the container body (1) forming the incising opening (21) and expanding part (23), as a wall part by the material forming the container (1). The formation of the structure filling this part (1a) simplifies the structure of the metallic pattern for modeling this drink container.

Figure 16 is a perspective view of the tenth execution example of a portable drink container by this invention. Figure 17 is a cross-sectional view by the E-E line of Figure 16.

If we explain the tenth execution example by referring to this figure, this drink container is formed in the square or multi-angular form, compared to the cylinder form of the container body in the sixth, seventh or eighth execution example.

This container body of a square column (1) form can offer more comfort in case of wearing as above-mentioned by forming the contact of surface with a user (11). In this case, a square column (1) shows only one example of

multi-angular columns. So, the column is not confined to a square.

In this case, it is desirable that the incising opening (21) is formed leaning one-way from the center of the container body (1) and by a slot hole so that string-formed wearing material (11) can be inserted. And it is good that it possesses an expanding part (23) in addition.

Figure 18 is a cross-sectional view of the eleventh execution example by the E-E line of Figure 16.

If we explain the eleventh execution example by referring to this figure, this drink container (21) forms the part (1 a), which leans one-way from the center of the container body (1) forming the penetrating opening (5), as a wall part by the material forming the container (1). The formation of the structure filling this part (1) simplifies the structure of the metallic pattern for modeling this drink container.

Figure 19 is a perspective view of the twelfth execution example of a portable drink container by this invention. Figure 20 is a cross-sectional view by the F-F line of Figure 19. This twelfth execution example is a case in which the wearing equipment (4) is formed by the clip (27).

In the meantime, the above clip (27) is arranged and formed in the clip structure in order to hang the container body (1). It (27) is formed projected on the outer block of the container body (1). The so formed clip (27) is hung on the above wearing material. This clip (27) can be formed in the middle part of the container body (1).

Figure 19 is a perspective view of the thirteenth execution example of a portable drink container by this invention. Figure 22 is a cross-sectional view by the G-G line of Figure 21.

If we explain the thirteenth execution example by referring to these figures, the change of clip (27) position forms the thirteenth execution example, contrasted to the twelfth execution example. This clip (27) is formed extended from the neck part (29) to the direction of a container body height downwards. It is eternally good that this clip (27) is formed in the same form as that of the upper winding. For this, it is desirable to possess the groove (31) in the space in which the clip (27) is placed in the opposite container body (1).

Hitherto, the desirable execution examples of this invention have been explained, but this invention is not confined to those. It is possible to execute transforming it variously within the scope of the detailed explanations of

patent application and the accompanying figures. And it is natural the transformation is within the scope of this invention.

As seen in the above explanation, it has an effect of facilitating the carriage of mineral water and beverage in case of outdoor activities and picnic to carry a drink container with this wearing equipment combined with the wearing material.

[Best Mode For Carrying Out the Invention If we consult and explain Figure 13 and Figure 14 as the desirable execution examples among the portable drink containers by this invention, Figure 13 is a perspective view of the eighth execution example of a portable drink container by this invention. Figure 14 is a cross-sectional view by the D-D line of Figure 13. This drink container possesses an expanding part (23) in addition to the incising opening.

This incising opening (21) possesses an expanding part (23) in addition, compared to the sixth execution example simply formed by a slot hole.

This expanding part (23) keeps the incising opening (21) in stable state on the waist belt (15) or the wearing material (11), formed corresponding to the thickness of wearing material (11) like the waist belt hanging on the wearing equipment (21).

This expanding part (23), which is formed in the vertical direction, keeps the waist belt (15) in the vertical state, thereby making the container body (1) worn in the vertical state, compared to that the container body (1) is combined with the waist belt (15) slightly tilted.
