Provided is a portable circulating conveyance device that offers easy and reliable tension adjustment of a crescent chain and that does not place any restrictions on the size of the allowance for tension adjustment. A circulating conveyance path unit (2) that constitutes a circulating conveyance path is provided with: a drive unit (20) that comprises a linear conveyance path section (10), a curved conveyance path section (21) that is connected to one side of the linear conveyance path section (10) and that is curved, a drive section (22), and a base section (23); and a driven unit (30) that comprises a curved conveyance path section (31) that is connected to the other side of the linear conveyance path section (10) and that is curved, a driven section (32), and a base section (33). The driven unit (20) is connected to the linear conveyance path section (10) so as to be capable of movement relative to the direction of the linear conveyance path. The driven unit (20) is provided with a clamper device (50) that either blocks or allows movement of the curved conveyance path section (31) relative to the base section (33).
