Abstract:
A portable electronic device (200) has a foldable two-piece frame in which a signal portion (250) is coupled to the first piece (220) and a display portion (240) is rotatably to the second piece (210). A retaining element (260A and 260B) cooperates with the frame to allow retaining of the device to a stationary or moving object, and the frame is configured such that the viewing angle of the display portion can be modified in a configuration in which the device is coupled to the object and in a configuration in which the device is independently operated.
