Abstract:
A portable electric rivet-assembly auxiliary machine, comprising a casing (1), a control mechanism (2), a power mechanism (3), and a clamping mechanism (4). The casing (1) comprises a middle casing (11), an upper casing (12), and a lower casing (13), wherein an inner wall of a second chamber (17) is provided with a first guiding slide groove (171) and a second guiding slide groove (18). The control mechanism (2) comprises a controller (21), a battery (22), and a control switch (23). The power mechanism (3) comprises a motor (31), a lead screw (32), a slider (33), a sleeve (34), and a tension spring (35). The clamping mechanism (4) is a conical structure composed of a plurality of wedge-shaped blocks (41). Upper portions of the wedge-shaped blocks (41) of the clamping mechanism (4) are spaced apart from each other, and lower portions of the wedge-shaped blocks (41) are magnetized so as to be attracted to each other. The clamping mechanism (4) is provided with a clamping through-hole (44) along a central axis. The machine is well-structured, and has advantages such as structural simplicity, easy use, a high degree of machine intelligence, safety and reliability, time and effort saving, and good practicability, effectively resolving the issue of poor practicability of rivet-assembly machinery in the art.
