Abstract:
Disclosed is a portable electronic apparatus able to suitably correct audio sound to output and for outputting audio sound which is easier to hear for a user. The disclosed portable electronic apparatus resolves the above-mentioned problem by including a housing; a sound generation unit for generating sound on the basis of an audio signal; an input unit which is provided upon the housing and which receives input; a processing unit which generates sound by way of the sound generation unit, and upon receiving a response to the generated sound by way of the input unit, on the basis of the response, setting a correction parameter for adjusting the volume of the sound for each audio frequency; and a correction unit for correcting the audio signal on the basis of the correction parameters and supplying the corrected audio signal to the sound generation unit.
