[Problem] To provide a portable electronic apparatus cover which has superior waterproofness and is capable of accommodating even portable electronic apparatuses of different sizes. [Solution] According to the present invention, a portable terminal cover 1 is provided with: a frame 5 formed in a frame shape that has the necessary thickness, and having, at an approximately central portion thereof, an opening section 50 that passes therethrough in the thickness direction; a front frame 3 which closes the opening section 50 of the frame 5 from one surface side in a watertight manner, and which has a roughly rectangular frame part, in which an open window section is formed approximately in the center, and a transparent sheet body that is provided in the window section 32 of the frame part 30 and can transfer to the inside, the electrostatic capacitance variation that arises from contact from the outside; a rear surface plate 6 which closes the opening section 50 of the frame 5 from the other surface side in a watertight manner; and a gap-filling member which is filled in a gap between the rear surface plate 6 and a portable terminal A accommodated in a space S surrounded by the frame 5, the front surface frame 3, and the rear surface plate 6, wherein the combined thickness-direction width of the portable terminal A and the gap filling member matches the thickness-direction width of the space S.
