Abstract:
A clamshell hinge (300) of a portable electronic product, comprising a connecting component (1) and a shaft (2); the shaft (2) comprises two shaft sections located along the same axis and connected via a helical spring (23); one end of the helical spring is sleeved on an inner end (210) of a first shaft (21) of the two shaft sections, and the other end is sleeved on the inner end of a second shaft (22) of the two shaft sections; and the connecting component has a bushing (11, 12) having friction fits with the two sections of shafts. The electronic product realizes easy opening of a clamshell via the clamshell hinge, and achieves the required force on closing of the clamshell.
