Abstract:
[Problem] When performing input to a portable electronic terminal from a bed or the like with a worm's-eye view, conventional holders of portable electronic terminals required a fixing location, were heavy and bulky, took time to install, and also were not portable. [Solution] In the present invention, a portable electronic terminal: is attached to a portable electronic terminal of a substantially rectangular flat shape having a front surface where there is an input unit for performing input by pressing with a finger, a reverse surface on the opposite side thereof, and a side surface between the front surface and the reverse surface; and has an arm that projects out in a direction perpendicular to the front surface from the side surface in the vicinity of the input unit. A distal end of the arm extends forward from the front surface at a length going substantially from the juncture of the index finger and middle finger to the ball of the thumb. The present invention is for performing input by using the thumb to press the input unit in a state where the center of the palm is applied against the distal end of the arm and a plurality of fingers other than the thumb are applied onto the reverse surface, thereby gripping by sandwiching the portable electronic terminal and the arm with the center of the palm and the plurality of fingers other than the thumb.
