Abstract:
A portable espresso-type beverage extractor according to the present invention comprises: a cylinder part having an inner space in which water for beverage extraction is accommodated; a basket which is coupled to the lower part of the cylinder part in a detachable manner and in which content for beverage extraction is accommodated; and a piston part inserted into the cylinder part to pressurize the water accommodated in the cylinder part toward the basket. The portable espresso-type beverage extractor according to embodiments of the present invention uses Pascal's principle to generate high pressure even with a low level of force, and thus can easily extract a beverage.
