The present invention provides a portable exercise device which is convenient to carry, and which can be used for physical training of the pelvis, thighs, chest, and the like. The portable exercise device according to the present invention is configured as follows: a "<"-shaped first clamp link member (120) is connected to one end of an X-shaped link member (110) by a first pin (LP11) and a second pin (LP12); a "<"-shaped second clamp link member (130) is connected to the other end of the X-shaped link member (110) by a third pin (LP13) and a fourth pin (LP14); a first spring (140) is disposed between the first pin (LP11) and the second pin (LP12); the upper end of the first spring (140) is connected to the first pin (LP11); the lower end of the first spring (140) is connected to the second pin (LP12); a second spring (120) is disposed between the third pin (LP13) and the fourth pin (LP14); the upper end of the second spring (150) is connected to the third pin (LP13); the lower end of the second spring (150) is connected to the fourth pin (LP14); a middle connection portion (165) of a first body part support rack (160) is connected to a fifth pin (LP16) of the first clamp link member (120); and a middle connection portion (175) of a second body part support rack (170) is connected to a sixth pin (LP16) of the second clamp link member (130).
