Abstract:

Provided is a portable filtration and collection device which allows a sample to be concentrated easily from a liquid containing the sample at the site at which the sample is collected, without the need for an appliance such as a pressure appliance or a motive power source, and which enables in-situ testing, in an analyzing device, of a specimen containing a sample.　In the portable filtration and collection device: an accommodating container and a filtration and collection attachment are coupled to one another; flow passages in each of an outlet/inlet port portion of the accommodating container and the filtration and collection attachment form a continuous fluid-tight flow passage with a filter interposed therebetween; and the filtration and collection attachment is provided with a main body portion provided with a coupling portion on the inner circumferential side of which is provided a thread groove complementary to a thread groove of the outlet/inlet port portion of the accommodating container, and which has a flow passage on the interior thereof, and a filter portion for filtering and collecting a sample in the liquid passing through the flow passage, and a lid portion which mates with the main body portion in a fluid-tight manner, has a flow passage on the interior thereof, and has a discharge opening portion capable of discharging liquid in the flow passage to the exterior, and of introducing filtration treatment liquid from the exterior to the interior (see figure 14.).
