Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a portable grip that can be easily attached to or detached from a grip as the object of attachment or detachment, such as a suspended ring (hereafter referred to as the object grip), and that enables a holding part of the object grip to be gripped without touching the same with bare hand. [Solution] A portable grip 1 according to the present invention includes an external surface 11 that can be gripped with the palm and fingers touching along surfaces thereof; and a fitting space 12 on the inside of the external surface 11, wherein the fitting space 12 is adapted to be detachably fitted with a holding part a of an object grip 6.
