The present invention is configured such that: a bottle body has therein a pressurized hydrogen gas space part capable of storing hydrogen gas for applying pressure within the bottle body; a cap is provided with a label pasted to the exterior surface thereof and a hole that faces the label and that connects the inside and the outside of the bottle body; and a seal body composed of a rubber-like elastic body gets pressed between the bottle body and the cap because of pressure exerted from the bottle body when the cap is screwed onto the bottle body, and thereby breaks the connection between the bottle body and the cap, and causes a passage way of a hydrogen gas injector formed in the seal body to be pressed and blocked by the pressure applied to the pressurized hydrogen gas space part. By having this configuration, the passage way of the hydrogen gas injector is dually blocked since the cap is capable of being mounted onto the bottle body and the hole is blocked with the label.
