Abstract:
A portable intelligent bodybuilding equipment (100) based on the Internet of Things, an exercise system, and application method therefor. The portable intelligent bodybuilding equipment (100) comprises a main apparatus (1) and a plurality of split apparatuses (2) which are detachably connected and are used for measuring different mechanical/human body exercise parameters, gestures, actions, and ambient parameters. The exercise system comprises the portable intelligent bodybuilding equipment (100), an intelligent mobile device (4), and a background server (3) which are communicationally connected to each other. The exercise-related data of the bodybuilding equipment (100) is sent to the intelligent mobile device (4) or uploaded to the background server (3) over a communication network; the background server (3) constructs a game platform; an app on the intelligent mobile device (4) simulates and displays a virtual scene, such that a user enjoys the fun of a game during a bodybuilding process, and the entertainment of bodybuilding is increased. The bodybuilding equipment features a small volume, is easy to carry, and achieves the implementation of bodybuilding exercise at anywhere and anytime.
