A portable intra-nasal hypothermia therapy device, which belongs to the technical field of medical apparatuses. The therapy device comprises a machine shell, a liquid oxygen storage tank (1), a rewarming evaporator (2), a fluid controller (3), a humidifier (4), a connecting catheter (5) and a nasal cavity balloon catheter (6), wherein the liquid oxygen storage tank (1) is mounted on a base of the machine shell; an input end of the rewarming evaporator (2) is connected to an output end of the liquid oxygen storage tank (1); an input end of the fluid controller (3) is connected to an output end of the rewarming evaporator (2); an input end of the humidifier (4) is connected to an output end of the fluid controller (3); the output end of the humidifier (4) is connected to the connecting catheter (5); the end of the connecting catheter (5) that is away from the humidifier (4) is connected to the nasal cavity balloon catheter (6); and a balloon (7) is arranged at the end of the nasal cavity balloon catheter (6) that is away from the connecting catheter (5). By means of the therapy device, the temperature of brain tissue is rapidly reduced to a hypothermia level such that first aid outside a hospital site can be achieved, and critical and urgent patients can be effectively treated in time, thereby reducing mortality and morbidity.
