Abstract:
The present invention relates to a portable knife sharpening device which comprises: a rotating grindstone (2) which is rotated by means of a motor (1) within a housing (100); a vertically moving grindstone (3) which adjoins the rotating grindstone (2) and rotates along with the rotation of the rotating grindstone (2); and a water supply device (4) which supplies water to the rotating grindstone (2) and the vertically moving grindstone (3), wherein a shaft (51) of the vertically moving grindstone (3) is configured as a semi-circular incomplete shaft opened toward the rotating grindstone (2), and the portable knife sharpening device comprises a retracting device for separating a vertically moving grindstone installation board (5) from the rotating grindstone (2) in order to allow the vertically moving grindstone (3) to be easily separated. Further, a spring device comprising a spring positioned between a spring guide (52) formed on the vertically moving grindstone installation board (5) and a variable spring guide (62) installed in the housing (100) is installed so as to adjust the distance between the variable spring guide (62) and the spring guide (52) on the vertically moving grindstone installation board (5), thereby adjusting the strength of a spring (61).
