Abstract:
A portable lifesaving device (10) and an umbrella (1). The portable lifesaving device comprises a housing (11), an air bag (12), an air supply assembly (13), and a steel wire rope (14), the housing (11) having a columnar structure, the housing (11) comprising an accommodating cavity (110) and a cavity cover (113), the air bag (12) being folded and accommodated in the accommodating cavity (110), the air supply assembly (13) being accommodated in the accommodating cavity (110) and being partially exposed to outside of the housing (11), the steel wire rope (14) being wound in the accommodating cavity (110); the umbrella (1) comprises an umbrella body (20) and the portable lifesaving device (10). According to the portable lifesaving device (10) and the umbrella (1), the housing (11) is designed to have a columnar structure that can be held by a single hand of a user, and the air bag (12), the air supply assembly (13) and the steel wire rope (14) are provided in the accommodating cavity (110) of the housing (11), so that the portable lifesaving device (10) has a small size and is easy to carry; when a dangerous situation of drowning is seen, the air bag (12) is quickly inflated by the air supply assembly (13) to form a bladder, such that a drowning person can float on the water surface by means of the bladder and can be pulled back to the bank by means of the steel wire rope (14).
