Abstract:
A portable liquid crystal display device which can be operated easily. This portable liquid crystal display device is provided at least with a liquid display part, reception circuit part, memory part, and plurality of switches. A storing part which stores receivable channels is provided in the memory part and the liquid crystal display part has a function of simultaneously displaying all the receivable channels. Failures of overwriting a channel in a memory position where another channel has been already written and of writing a channel in two different positions are prevented. Empty memory positions can be known at a glance and confirmation of receivable channels can be easily done at a glance when the portable liquid crystal display device is used in an area where the channel allocation is different, improving the operability.
