Abstract:
The present invention relates to portable medium and low frequency muscle exercise equipment that produces regular and three-dimensional exercise effects over entire subcutaneous tissues and deep muscles in such a manner that an interference wave generated by interference between electricity having a frequency in a low frequency band and electricity having a frequency in a medium frequency band applies stimulation to various regions such as the subcutaneous tissues and the deep muscles. The portable medium and low frequency muscle exercise equipment comprises: a case; a stimulation voltage generating module installed in the case to generate a stimulation voltage; a frequency modulation module for modulating a frequency of electricity generated by the stimulation voltage to adjust stimulation strength; a frequency generating module for transmitting the electricity having the modulated frequency to an electrode terminal; an electrode terminal disposed on the case in an exposed manner to transmit the output electricity to human skin; and a control module for controlling the operation of the above modules, wherein a plurality of electrode terminals are formed in pairs and separated, the frequency generating module outputs the electricity having a frequency in a low frequency band and the electricity having a frequency in a medium frequency band to a pair of electrode terminals in different channels respectively, so that the electricity having a frequency in a low frequency band and the electricity having a frequency in a medium frequency band, which flow through the human skin, cross each other and interfere with each other, thereby generating a beat wave.
