Abstract:
A portable microscope and a working method therefor. The portable microscope comprises: a slide base (8), which can move in horizontal and vertical directions; a liquid self-zoom lens (13), disposed above the slide base (8); the liquid self-zoom lens (13) comprising a magnetic field part and a zoom part (19), the zoom part (19) comprising a cylindrical cavity in which an insoluble transparent liquid is packaged, a magnetic conductive layer being attached to a lower surface of a bottom plate of the cylindrical cavity, nano magnetic particles having grafted functional groups being deposited on the upper surface of the bottom plate, and the aggregate morphology of the nano magnetic particles varying with the magnetic field intensity; and a cover plate (11), provided with a light-passing hole. An image collection display terminal (20) is provided on the cover plate (11); the image collection display terminal (20) comprises an image collection part and a display part; the image collection part is configured to collect an image of the liquid self-zoom lens (13) by means of the light-passing hole and transmit the image to the display part for display.
