Abstract:
A portable multipurpose whole body exercise device (50) which can be used for general fitness, Pilates-type, core strengthening, therapeutic, and rehabilitative exercises as well as stretching and physical therapy and which includes storable accessories (64, 68, 106) that can be withdrawn from storage within the device and subsequently secured to the main tubular portion of the apparatus. The storable accessories (64, 68, 106) can be used for a variety of resistance, stretching, and strength training exercises.
