Abstract:

A server 5 acquires status information expressing the power storage status of each of a plurality of portable power storage devices 1 and location information expressing the physical location of each device, and stores said information in association with the communication address of a user. The server 5 extracts information about a portable power storage device 1 which is running low on stored power and information about a portable power storage device 1 which is not running low on stored power from a database, and transmits information which encourages lending and borrowing.
