Abstract:
The present invention relates to a portable and rechargeable multi-purpose luminous audio device (1) that helps the newborns to adapt to life after birth by producing the sound frequencies similar to the sounds heard in the womb, regulates the sleep quality of the children in the developmental age by the audio files that are recorded by their parents and mask the external sounds, can be used by the users of all ages according to their own desires, and can be used by the adult users according to their own desires as a result of the possibility of uploading the new audio files via the remote access. On the portable body (2) of the device (1), there is a Bluetooth button (10) and a WIFI button (9) for the user's access and it is managed remotely through the microprocessor (11) on the device (1) with the help of the application to be installed on the mobile phone. The user can organize the device (1) from the mobile phone for the multi-purpose use either for baby adaptation or for adult use upon request.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A portable and rechargeable multi-purpose luminous audio device (1) comprising a portable body (2) which forms the hardware part of the portable and rechargeable multi-purpose luminous audio device (1), can be positioned at any location by a carrying strap and allows users to access the device (1) with the help of the invisible smart buttons, at least one speaker (3) located on the sides of the portable body (2) and allowing the sounds uploaded to the device (1) to be heard, a headphone jack (3.1) located on the upper side of the portable body (2) and allowing the user to hear the sounds uploaded to the device (1) through the headphone, an audio sensor (4) located at the top of the portable body (2) and allowing the processing of the audio command data transmitted by the user, a lithium battery (5) which is located at the lower back of the portable body (2), allows the device (1) to operate in a portable state, can also be used by using the mains electricity via USB cable, if desired, and is rechargeable for multi-use purposes, a sleep button (6) located at the top of the portable body (2) and operating in the open-close drive mechanism for the efficient use of the energy that the device (1) receives from the lithium battery (5) or mains electricity, a multi-purpose clock (7) located on the upper front of the portable body (2) and containing the alarm system in accordance with the sunrise time of the region where the device (1) is located, except for the normal clock and alarm functions, a multi-purpose lamp (8) which is located on the top of the body (2) and used as a soothing function by emitting light at the same frequency as the morning sun in the daytime according to the sunrise time of the multi-purpose clock (7) and as a function of evening reading and meditation light, characterized by a Bluetooth button (9) located on the front of the portable body (2) and allowing the users to connect to the device (1) with their mobile phone, a WIFI button (10) which is located on the front of the portable body (2), connects to the internet provider in the environment where the device (1) is located, and enables the data to be loaded according to the user's request, and allows users to connect to the device (1) with a mobile phone, and at least one microprocessor (11) which is located inside the portable body (2) and enables users to access wirelessly via the mobile application installed on their smart mobile phones and to perform remotely the functional operations such as authorization, data download, actuation, software update, sound and light control, alarm, mode selection.

Description:
PORTABLE AND RECHARGEABLE MULTI-PURPOSE LUMINOUS AUDIO DEVICE

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a portable and rechargeable multi-purpose luminous audio device that helps the newborns to adapt to life after birth by producing the sound frequencies similar to the sounds heard in the womb, regulates the sleep quality of the children in the developmental age by the audio files that are recorded by their parents and mask the external sounds, can be used by the users of all ages according to their own desires, and can be used by the adult users according to their own desires as a result of the possibility of uploading the new audio files via the remote access.

On the portable body of the device, there is a Bluetooth button and a WIFI button for the user's access and it is managed remotely through the microprocessor on the device with the help of the application to be installed on the mobile phone. The user can organize the device from the mobile phone for the multi-purpose use either for baby adaptation or for adult use upon request.

Prior Art

Today, the users are looking for the solutions to combat the sleep or concentration problems for themselves or their children, and they need the electronic and technological solutions which are the gains of the developing technology. However, since many different products produced do not contain the technologies that respond to all needs at the same time, they fall short in using and meeting the needs of the consumers, and because they cannot meet the need for the different devices at a single point, it causes the costs to increase.

Based on the current technological products, in the previous art devices produced for the babies, children and adults to sleep or relax, the sounds uploaded during the fabrication cannot be changed even if the person wants to have the different sounds on the device. In other words, the sounds on existing devices are pre-recorded, such as the meditation sounds, and the additional recordings cannot be made or changed. The same sounds are always used without the possibility of changing according to the preference. Other devices do not have the recording functions that allow the user to record the content created by the user and to upload it directly to the device.

In addition, in the existing Bluetooth devices, the phones are not used for calling and listening to music simultaneously. In this case, the listened audio files are interrupted in the incoming phone calls and conversations while the audio files are active. If the user wants to stream the music, the phone must always be connected to the device via Bluetooth or WIFI.

The current sleep or meditation devices, including the light and sound speakers, do not have any headphone jack, and there is no light intensity adjustment in the existing devices, and the high light intensity causes discomfort during the night. Another major shortcoming for the user is that the existing devices do not have the user profile option that can be automatically synchronized directly from the device.

Description of the Invention

The portable and rechargeable multi-purpose luminous audio device realized to achieve the objects of the present invention is shown in the accompanying figures.

The portable and rechargeable multi-purpose luminous audio device (1) according to the invention comprises:

- a portable body (2) which forms the hardware part of the portable and rechargeable multi-purpose luminous audio device (1), can be positioned at any location by a carrying strap and allows users to access the device (1) with the help of the invisible smart buttons,

- at least one speaker (3) located on the sides of the portable body (2) and allowing the sounds uploaded to the device (1) to be heard,

- a headphone jack (3.1) located on the upper side of the portable body (2) and allowing the user to hear the sounds uploaded to the device (1) through the headphone,

- an audio sensor (4) located at the top of the portable body (2) and allowing the processing of the audio command data transmitted by the user,

- a lithium battery (5) which is located at the lower back of the portable body (2), allows the device (1) to operate in a portable state, can also be used by using the mains electricity via USB cable, if desired, and is rechargeable for multi-use purposes,

- a sleep button (6) located at the top of the portable body (2) and operating in the open-close drive mechanism for the efficient use of the energy that the device (1) receives from the lithium battery (5) or mains electricity, - a multi-purpose clock (7) located on the upper front of the portable body (2) and containing the alarm system in accordance with the sunrise time of the region where the device (1) is located, except for the normal clock and alarm functions,

- a multi-purpose lamp (8) which is located on the top of the body (2) and used as a soothing function by emitting light at the same frequency as the morning sun in the daytime according to the sunrise time of the multi-purpose clock (7) and as a function of evening reading and meditation light,

- a Bluetooth button (9) located on the front of the portable body (2) and allowing the users to connect to the device (1 ) with their mobile phone,

- a WIFI button (10) which is located on the front of the portable body (2), connects to the internet provider in the environment where the device (1) is located, and enables the data to be loaded according to the user's request, and allows users to connect to the device (1 ) with a mobile phone,

- at least one microprocessor (11) which is located inside the portable body (2) and enables users to access wirelessly via the mobile application installed on their smart mobile phones and to perform remotely the functional operations such as authorization, data download, actuation, software update, sound and light control, alarm, mode selection.

The portable and rechargeable multi-purpose luminous audio device (1) according to the invention is designed to be used for the meditation purposes for babies, children and adults with the sleep and concentration problems. In addition, the device (1) includes a strap to be attached to the cots, beds, cradles, and shelves next to the bed. By connecting with the WIFI button (10) and the Bluetooth button (9), the communication will be established with the microprocessor (11) in the device by a phone application where the sounds can be directly uploaded to the device. The device (1) includes a multi-purpose lamp (8) that imitates the morning sun and has a soothing function and will function as a reading and meditation light for the night. The most important aspect of this feature is to lower the cortisol level of the person by waking up with the natural daylight in the regions that do not receive daylight. In the evaluation of the use of the invention according to the age ranges;

For the babies, the special frequency sounds uploaded to the device (1) help the transition from the prenatal world to the postnatal as they resemble the sounds heard in the womb. As proven by the research, 80% of babies fall asleep within five to ten minutes with the help of the sounds of this frequency.

For the children in developmental age, the uploaded special frequency sounds have the effect of masking the external sounds and improve the sleep quality, and the audio sensor (4) in the device (1) can record the lullabies and bedtime stories told by the parents. It also helps to create a healthy sleeping and waking routine by using the natural sunrise light, which reduces the level of the melatonin hormones and creates a natural waking routine or sunset light.

For the young individuals, it has the effect of masking the external sound as a background, as well as increasing the concentration and focus. The meditations, nature sounds, and mindfulness meditations have a calming effect thanks to the sound data that is desired to be uploaded to the device (1).

For the adults, they can turn the device on and off, change the sounds, and easily navigate the user profiles directly from the device by the recognition of the voice- activated user commands. After selecting the user profile, an automatic match between the phone application and the microprocessor (11) is provided. The device (1) can operate separately from the mobile phone thanks to its sound uploading function and the sound can be changed according to the needs of the users.

There are many functions that the user will reach in the application to be used on the mobile phone. By performing easy use and multi-functional functions, the user is provided with an ergonomic and comfortable device access and control, for example, by the user profiles, content library, automatic synchronization of the user profile with the device, usage adjustments for the device (1), synchronization of the multiple devices (1) with the microprocessor (11), free content, access to the unlimited content, family membership, login with the social media programs, creating a database of the entire family by creating a separate profile for each user, alarms which are the presetting of the device (1), bed and night light, allowing the sounds on the device (1) to be ready for use by matching with a synchronization according to the user profiles when each user enters which sounds they are related to, and matching the device (1) with the contents in the application with a single action.
