Abstract:
Disclosed is a portable refrigerant pressure gauge, relating to the technical field of pressure gauges. The refrigerant pressure gauge comprises a first valve handle (1), a second valve handle (2), gears (3), a low-pressure detection pipe (4), a high-pressure detection pipe (5), a refrigerant adapter pipe (6), a high-pressure output pipe (7), a vacuum pump adapter pipe (8), a pressure gauge head screw pipe (9), a pressure detection ring (12), a pressure device (13), a medium pressure adapter pipe (14), a transparent housing (15), scale pointers (16), and an outer cover housing (17), wherein two gears (3) are provided; the two gears (3) are respectively and movably connected to the first valve handle (1) and the second valve handle (2); the two gears (3) include a driving gear and a driven gear; the first valve handle (1) is connected to the driving gear, and the second valve handle (2) is directly connected to a valve element; the middle of the left side of the low-pressure detection pipe (4) is fixed to and in communication with the refrigerant adapter pipe (6); the middle of the top of the refrigerant adapter pipe (6) is fixed to and in communication with the vacuum pump adapter pipe (8); and the middle of the left side of the high-pressure detection pipe (5) is fixed to and in communication with the high-pressure output pipe (7). The refrigerant pressure gauge implements the seamless operation of vacuum pumping and refrigerant adding, and implements refrigerant filling with zero air mixing so as to improve the purity of the filled refrigerant in on-site maintenance. In addition, in one gauge, there is a low-pressure scale pointer and a high-pressure scale pointer, which have low-pressure scales and high-pressure scales, such that the high and low pressure of a refrigeration apparatus can be simultaneously detected. The refrigerant pressure gauge has various adapter pipe ports, is small in size and lightweight, and is easily carried by on-site maintenance personnel.
