Description

PORTABLE ROTATING PADUK DEVICE

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a paduk device not needing a paduk board and black and white paduk stones separately to play paduk, and more particularly, to a portable rotating paduk device enabling a user to play paduk conveniently in a vehicle, in an airplane, or in a ship such as traveling or moving, regardless of the balance of the paduk board or occasion

Background Art

[2] A paduk generally needs a paduk board and paduk stones, and users place paduk stones on the flat paduk board so as to play paduk. Thus, in the conventional paduk, users have taken pains to prepare a paduk board and paduk stones separately. Also, since the size and weight of a paduk board and paduk stones is too big and heavy, it is not easy for users to carry the paduk board and stones on a picnic or mountain. Although they carry the paduk board and stones to a picnic place or mountain, it is not easy to maintain the balance of the paduk board. Also, in the conventional paduk board, paduk stones placed on the paduk board may be mixed or fallen down when the paduk board is shaken or inclined. Accordingly, it is almost impossible to play paduk in a moving vehicle or airplane.

[3]

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[4] Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a portable rotating paduk device enabling a user to play paduk conveniently in a vehicle, in an airplane, or in a ship such as traveling or moving, regardless of the balance of the paduk board or occasion.

[5]

Technical Solution

[6] In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a portable rotating paduk device including: 361 regular triangle prisms (Fig. 1), each prism having a paduk house on a first face 1 of three regular square faces (Figs. 4 to 8), a black paduk spot on a second face 2 thereof (Fig. 9), a white paduk spot on a third face 3 thereof (Fig. 9), an insert ball 5 of an axial shaft 7 on the center of the bottom 4 of the prism, and insert balls 6 of metal rods in each corner of the three faces 1, 2, and 3; two cases (Fig. 14) having the 361 regular triangle prisms via hinges 10, such that the width and the length have 19 rows, respectively, such that each prism is rotational as

show in FlG. 13, such that each square face 1, 2, and 3 of the prism maintains its balance when the prism is exposed on the surface by its rotation, such that friction between bottoms 4of prisms is prevented when the prisms are rotating, and such that the paduk house of the first face 1 exposed on the surface by the rotation is a paduk board, the black paduk spot of the second surface 2 is a black paduk stone, and the white paduk spot of the third surface 3 is a white paduk stone when a user plays paduk. [7]

Advantageous Effects

[8] According to the present invention, a prism (Fig. 1) is formed using synthetic resin material, to have a paduk house on a first face 1 of three regular square faces (Figs. 4 to 8), a black paduk spot on a second face 2 thereof (Fig.9), a white paduk spot on a third face 3 thereof (Fig. 9), an insert ball 5 of an axial shaft 7 on the center of the bottom 4 of the prism, and insert balls 6 of metal rods on each corner of the three faces 1, 2, and 3. In this instance, the prism is manufactured by injection molding or press processing. As illustrated in Fig. 12, the axial shaft 7 is inserted into the prism, such that the prism is rotational as illustrated in Fig. 13. In the case of needing a paduk board, the prism is manually rotated to expose the first face. Also, in the case of selecting a black paduk stone, the prism is manually rotated to expose the second face. Also, in the case of selecting a white paduk stone, the prism is rotated to expose the third face. Accordingly, there is an effect that the three faces 1, 2, and 3 of the prism can act as a paduk board, a black paduk stone, and a white paduk stone, respectively.

[9] Also, two cases illustrated in Fig. 14 are connected by hinges 10 to be foldable as il¬ lustrated in Fig. 15. Each case is fixed with 10 axial shafts 7 to be in a row with the contact surface of both cases. In this instance, each of 19 axial shafts 7 out of 20 axial shafts 7 of the two cases has 19 prisms having a paduk house on the first face 1 of three regular square faces, a black paduk spot on the second face 2 thereof, and a white paduk spot on the third face 3 thereof. Accordingly, without need for a paduk board, black paduk stones and white paduk stones, it is possible to play paduk by using only the rotation of the prisms. Also, as illustrated in Fig. 15, a paduk board according to the present invention is foldable. Thus, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent paduk stones from falling down or being mixed. The rest 1 axial shaft 7 out of 20 axial shafts 7 has nine prisms having only black paduk spots (Fig. 10) on the three faces 1, 2, and 3 of the regular square faces and nine prisms having only white paduk spots (Fig.l 1) on the three faces 1, 2, and 3 of the regular square faces on the left and right sides of one prism positioned on the center of the axial shaft 7. In this case, as illustrated in Fig. 16, numbers such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 are sequentially marked from both ends of the axial shaft 7 on the surface of the case making contact with nine prisms formed of

only black paduk stones and nine prisms formed of only white paduk stones. Ac¬ cordingly, there is an effect that it is possible to settle a sacrificed stone by rotating a prism of a number corresponding to the number of sacrificed stones and exposing the number on the surface. Also, metal ball used for a magnet is attached to the insert ball 6 positioned on each corner of the three faces 1, 2, and 3 of the prism. Also, a permanent magnetic shaft 9 is mounted on the bottom of the case making contact with the line of the corner. Accordingly, there is an effect to make paduk houses, black paduk stones, and white paduk stones maintain their balance. Also, a rotation friction preventing plate 8 is interposed between the bottoms 4 of the prisms. Accordingly, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent the friction between the bottoms 4 when the prism is rotating.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [31] The present invention includes a prism (Fig. 1) formed using synthetic resin material, to have a paduk house on a first face 1 of three regular square faces (Figs. 4 to 8), a black paduk spot on a second face 2 thereof (Fig. 9), a white paduk spot on a third face 3 thereof (Fig. 9), an insert ball 5 of an axial shaft 7 on the center of the bottom 4 of the prism, and insert balls 6 of metal rods on each corner of the three faces

1, 2, and 3. In this instance, the prism (Fig. 1) is manufactured by injection molding or press processing. As illustrated in Fig. 12, the axial shaft 7 is inserted into the prism, such that the prism is rotational as illustrated in Fig. 13. In the case of needing a paduk board, the prism is manually rotated to expose the first face 1. Also, in the case of selecting a black paduk stone, the prism is manually rotated to expose the second face

2. Also, in the case of selecting a white paduk stone, the prism is rotated to expose the third face 3. As described above, the present invention enables a user to select a paduk board, a black paduk stone, and a white paduk stone in the aforementioned manner.

[32] Also, two cases illustrated in Fig. 14 are connected by hinges 10 to be foldable as il¬ lustrated in Fig. 15. Each case is fixed with 10 axial shafts 7 to be in a row with the contact surface of both cases. In this instance, each of 19 axial shafts 7 out of 20 axial shafts 7 of the two cases has 19 prisms (Fig. 1) having a paduk house on the first face 1 of three regular square faces (Figs. 4 to 8), a black paduk spot on the second face 2 thereof (Fig. 9), and a white paduk spot on the third face 3 thereof (Fig. 9). That is, as illustrated in Fig. 16, a paduk board can be formed of 361 prisms (Fig. 1) that are

arranged in 19 rows for the length and the width, respectively. 16, numbers such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 are se¬ quentially marked from both ends of the axial shaft 7 on the surface of the case making contact with nine prisms formed of only black paduk stones (Fig. 10) and nine prisms formed of only white paduk stones (Fig. 11). This is in order to settle a sacrificed stone. Also, a metal ball used for a magnet is attached to the insert ball 6 positioned on each corner of the three faces 1, 2, and 3 of the prism. Also, a permanent magnetic shaft 9 is mounted on the bottom of the case making contact with the line of the comer, so as to make paduk houses, black paduk stones, and white paduk stones maintain their balance. Also, a rotation friction preventing plate 8 is interposed between the bottoms 4 of the prisms, so as to prevent the friction between the bottoms 4 when the prism is rotating.
