Abstract:
A portable safe material collection apparatus for circular knife die cutting equipment, comprising a machine frame (1), and further comprising a safety light curtain (4), a material collection roller (5), and a conveyor. A second light curtain frame (3) is slidably mounted on a discharge end of the machine frame (1); the material collection roller (5) is detachably mounted on the discharge end of the machine frame (1); when a belt-shaped product is produced, the material collection roller (5) is located between the second light curtain frame (3) and a die cutting knife base (6); the conveyor comprises a lower conveying frame (20) and an upper conveying frame (32); a stripping knife and a hanger are further provided on one end of the lower conveying frame (20); when a sheet-shaped product is produced, the second light curtain frame (3) abuts against the die cutting knife base (6); the conveyor is hanged at a discharge side of the die cutting knife base (6) by means of the hanger; the other end of the conveyor passes through the second light curtain frame (3).
