1 . Portable device for storing and heating food comprising:

- a heat generating base,

- a container, where food is deposited, being attachable to the heat generating base,

- a thermoelectric plate at the heat generating base,

- coaxial cuts at the heat generating base that allow it to be threaded to the container,

- a plug for power supply connection at the heat generating base that allows said device to be recharged, and

- an on and off mechanism at the heat generating base where the central thermoelectric plate heats and transmits heat to the container where the food is placed.

2. Device according to claim 1 , where the heat generating base comprises an outer layer of insulating material that allows keeping the heat being generated and not burning the user.

Description:
PORTABLE SELF-HEATING DRINK AND FOOD CONTAINERS

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention may be included in the technical field of portable containers or packages, in particular for carrying or storing food.

More specifically, the object of the invention refers to a portable device provided with a food container being threaded to a heat generating base that heats the food.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently, there are more and more users that require packages or containers for carrying food to work due to lack of time to come back home for eating. For this purpose it is necessary to provide systems that allow heating food in working places in these portable containers or packages, similarly as using the microwave. Some current solutions provide portable storage devices that allow heating food based on hot water inside thereof, as it is described in the patent application CN203934791 ; however, it does not allow the users to adjust and choose the temperature for their meals. Other solutions have batteries with an electric charge so as to heat the food in the containers, but these are not adaptable to the quantity and size needs the user may wish.

Therefore, considering what has been described above, it is necessary to find alternatives directed to interchangeable portable devices for storing and carrying food that is adaptable and attachable to a heat generating system that allows the user to heat the food in any situation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention refers to a portable package or container for heating food by means of a rechargeable thermoelectric base. Therefore, an aspect of the present invention is a portable device for storing and heating food comprising:

- a heat generating base,

- a container, where food is deposited, being attachable to the heat generating base,

- a thermoelectric plate at the heat generating base,

- coaxial cuts at the heat generating base that allow it to be threaded to the container,

- a plug for power supply connection at the heat generating base that allows said device to be recharged, and

- an on and off mechanism at the heat generating base

where the central thermoelectric plate heats and transmits heat to the container where the food is placed.

In a preferred embodiment, the heat generating base comprises an outer layer of insulating material that allows keeping the heat being generated and not burning the user.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG 1 - It shows a front view of the device for storing and heating food.

FIG 2 - It shows a general view of the heat generating base.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

The following is the description of a preferred embodiment of the invention based on the attached figures. FIG 1 - it shows an adaptable container (1 ) and being attachable to a heat generating base (2) which is provided with a plug (3) for power supply connection so as to recharge the device and an on and off button (4). FIG 2 - It shows a heat generating base comprising a central thermoelectric plate (5) with a coupling system having coaxial cuts (6) which allows threading the base to the container and an outer insulating layer (7) for the user protection and preventing heat loss.
