A portable semi-automatic paper cutter, comprising a base (1). Supporting feet are installed below the base; side plates (2) and a starting switch (3) are provided on two sides of the base; a cylinder fixing plate (4) is connected between the side plates; a cylinder (5) is installed on the cylinder fixing plate; the cylinder is connected to the starting switch; a cylinder stroke adjusting shaft (6) is provided in the cylinder; a trigger switch bracket (7) is provided on the cylinder stroke adjusting shaft; supporting columns (8) are further provided on the base; a paper feeding plate (9) is provided on the supporting columns; knife rest sliding block supporting columns (10) are further provided between the cylinder fixing plate and the base; knife rest sliding bearings (11) are provided on the knife rest sliding block supporting columns; a paper cutting mechanism (12) is installed on the knife rest sliding bearings; the paper cutting mechanism is connected to the cylinder stroke adjusting shaft. The portable semi-automatic paper cutter has the characteristics of being convenient to use and reasonable in structural design, etc., and has high economic value and use value.
