Description:
PORTABLE SHOWER CABIN

The subject matter of the invention is a portable shower cabin designed for daily body hygiene in the places where access to water is considerably restrained.

The application for invention P-302681 presents a cabin with a shower tub, which has at least one corner or only one straight side and is equipped with vertical posts of the shower cabin walls and a cabin door. Thanks to the special construction of the vertical poles and their fixing to the shower tub or, with a bar, also to the room wall, corner posts or wall posts, the upper frame closing the cabin becomes unnecessary as well as fixing the posts to the ceiling.

The protection right PL 53180Y1 presents a utility model for a portable sanitary cabin designed to be placed in an open area. In the portable sanitary cabin, the ceiling is at the same time the roof and has an arching shape with rectangular groutings that form a ribbing, three walls each have three prismatoid protuberances, while at the bottom of the door and on top of the walls there are air vents. Furthermore, the cabin bottom is set on a four-sided frame with skids.

The portable shower cabin according to the invention is equipped with a container that has a function of a shower tub, where to the bottom of the container a lower element of a flexible spiral shower pipe equipped with nozzles is attached. The flexible spiral shower pipe is equipped at the other end with an upper element of the flexible spiral shower pipe, and between the lower element and the upper element of the flexible spiral shower pipe a shower cover extends. Also preferably, the nozzles are positioned substantially along the entire length of the flexible spiral shower pipe.

Preferably, the lower element and the upper element have oval shape, preferably a circular shape.

Preferably, the cabin is provided with telescopic poles connected in their upper part with a horizontal post attached to the upper element of the flexible spiral shower pipe.

Also preferably, the telescopic poles and the post are releasingly fixed to the upper element of the flexible spiral shower pipe by means of two handles.

Also preferably, the upper element of the flexible spiral shower pipe is provided with a hanger that enables the upper element to be hung at any height above the lower element of the flexible spiral shower pipe.

Also preferably, the flexible spiral shower pipe is fixed releasingly to the bottom element.

Preferably, to the upper element of the flexible spiral shower pipe a shower cover is attached.

Also preferably, on the side surface of the container a water connection is attached.

Also preferably, on one of the side walls of the container a cover and rotating wheels are mounted.

Also preferably, the shower cover is provided with a zip fastener.

The construction of the portable shower cabin according to the invention enables very low water intake, which is particularly important in the situation when access to water is restricted or when water has to be supplied from cisterns. Due to numerous nozzles on the pipe, the spiral spray shower makes it possible to spray the whole body evenly with water, which is an easy and manageable solution, and one that can be easily repaired in difficult field conditions, as there are not many components. Using a closed suitcase construction on wheels makes the cabin a mobile solution during the transport to any destination. Furthermore, it allows for privacy, as opposed to a military bath.

The subject matter of the invention shall be explained more precisely in an embodiment, in a drawing where Fig. 1 presents a view of a portable shower cabin in a general projection with telescopic poles, and Fig. 2 shows a view of a portable shower cabin in a general projection with a hanger.

A portable shower cabin is made of a container I , which has a profiled bottom 2 at the same time having a function of a shower tub. Releasingly attached to the bottom 2_is a lower element 3 of a flexible spiral shower pipe 4 ended with a lug 5. which makes it possible to connect the pipe to the water network.

Along the whole length of the flexible spiral shower pipe 4 spray nozzles 6 are positioned. Releasingly attached to the bottom 2 of the container 1_, on its opposite sides, are also two telescopic poles 7, which are connected at the top with a horizontal post 8 used to fix an upper element 9 of the flexible spiral shower pipe 4 as well as the shower cover 10 with handles _.

Of course, in other embodiments a shower cabin may be provided with a hanger 16 connected to the upper element, as shown in Fig. 2.

The shower cover 10 falling from top to bottom at the outside of the flexible spiral shower pipe 4 with nozzles 6 positioned along the entire length of the flexible spiral shower pipe 4 forms a vertical tunnel that has a function of a shower curtain protecting against splashing water and ensuring complete privacy during bath. Furthermore, in another embodiment of the invention shown in Fig. 2, the shower cover 10 is provided with a zip fastener 15 to facilitate the use of the shower cabin. On a lateral surface of container I there is a water connection 12 equipped with filters and elements to control the water flow. Attached to one of the side walls of the container there is a lid 13 as well as rotating wheels JA, which make it possible to create a closed container in a form of a wheeled suitcase, inside which the whole shower may be placed.

Using the shower cabin of the invention is as follows.

A person enters the closed container 1, where the whole shower is placed and opens the lid 2. Then the user stands encircled by the coiled elastic spiral shower pipe 4 and raises two telescopic posts 7 along with the horizontal pole 8 and the spiral pipe 4 with the shower cover HL The spiral pipe 4 is coupled with water connection 12.

The stream of water supplied by the spiral pipe 4 under the pressure of 3 bar, as a result of flowing through the profiled nozzles 6, is diffused into a water mist. As a result of even distribution and a specific vertical tunnel formed by the spiral 4^ where the bathing person stands, water is sprayed evenly on the whole body. Small distance between the body and the nozzles 6 minimizes the loss of unused water. As a result of using a water aerosol, large savings in water consumption are achieved.
