Abstract:
A portable steam generator comprises a shell body (1), a heat exchange tube (2) disposed inside the shell body (1), and a heat generation tube (31, 32) that is disposed inside the shell body (1) and is used to heat the heat exchange tube (2). A steam channel (21) is disposed in the heat exchange tube (2), and a water inlet (2a) and a steam outlet (2b) that are respectively disposed at two ends of the steam channel (21). The heat exchange tube (2) is gradually coiled from an end of the water inlet (2a) inwards and downwards into a spiral form with a diameter decreasing from top to bottom. Alternatively, the heat exchange tube (2) is gradually coiled from an end of the steam outlet (2b) outwards and upwards into a spiral form with a diameter decreasing top to bottom. In this case, a location difference exists between a spiral in an upper layer and a spiral in a lower layer. The heat exchange tube (2) in the lower layer does not affect heating on a lower surface of the heat exchange tube (2) in the upper layer, so that a periphery of the heat exchange tube (2) in each layer can be fully heated, thereby increasing a heating temperature of water and water vapor generated from water inside the steam channel (21). Additionally, the water inlet (2a) is disposed at an upper end, and the steam outlet (2b) is disposed at a lower end, so that a time that water and water vapor flow inside the steam channel (21) may be increased, thereby increasing a time that water and water vapor are heated inside the steam channel (21).
