PATENT APPLICATIONS

1. The portable telecommunication station, indicated thus, that lower ends of the cables are firmly tied to the reeling drum, while upper ends of the cables are flexibly tied to the mast top by means of spiral springs that provides their permanent tightening thus eliminating the need of cables fastening alongside the telescopic mast in order to prevent their swinging and damage.

2. The portable telecommunication station according to the application 1, indicated thus, that the system for automatic tension of cables shown in the fig. 3 provides their permanent tension during and after automatic decrease of the mast height at the set wind speed value.

3. The portable telecommunication station according to the application 1 or the application 2, indicated thus, that being placed on the metal frame without wheels is not the road vehicle, and in such a manner with considerable price reduction of the mobile station it eliminates a demanding fabrication procedure, certification and scheduled preventive maintenance checks and services of the mobile telecommunication stations as road vehicles, and it is being transported by a separate trailer which can be used for other purposes as well.

4. The portable telecommunication station according to the applications 1, 2 and 3, indicated thus, that by means of telescopic supports attached to the metal base it is easily put and taken off from the transport trailer without using the mobile crane.

Description:

PORTABLE TELECOMMUNICATION STATION

INOVATION DESCRIPTION

Application range of innovation

This innovation relates to the portable telecommunication station in the variant: a) Portable telecommunication station with telescopic antenna mast without possibility of automatic decrease of operating height of the mast. b) Portable telecommunication station with telescopic antenna mast with a possibility of automatic decrease of operating height of the mast in case of exceeding of the set wind speed, and with simultaneous automatic tensioning of cables.

Technical problem

Signal coverage in mobile telephone networks, due to problems concerning the obtaining of necessary permits for construction of fixed-immobile antenna stations, is very often being solved by installation of mobile telecommunication stations which, if necessary, can be quickly and easy displaced to the places where the signal coverage should be provided. However, because of insufficient stability of mobile stations, high wind speeds cause overturning and damages of masts and signal interruption.

As well, because the mobile stations are very often being used for the signal coverage of particular area for longer period of time, it is necessary to terminate the operation of the mobile station from time to time because of its preventive maintenance checks and services and extension of validity of the registration licence, and that at the same time causes certain costs and profit loss because of the signal interruption.

State of technique

There are several designs of mobile telecommunication stations; however, all known solutions which are found at the market do not include both stated problems.

All known solutions of mobile telecommunication stations include a trailer which, together with the mast and other equipment makes the unit. Unit is actually a trailer which must comply with all rules and regulations and criteria for manufacture and use of road vehicles. Stability increase of mobile antenna masts by automatic decrease of their operating height with simultaneous release of cables being fastened along the mast and their reeling on the drum in the mast base, as well as automatic tensioning of guy ropes fastened on the mast top, require complex and expensive system of geared-down motor, pulleys and electronics..

Expounding of the innovation basic point

The main goal of innovation is to make the telecommunication station with telescopic antenna mast without guy ropes fastened to the mast top thus eliminating the need of their tensioning

during automatic decrease of the mast operating height when the wind speed reaches the set value, and that the telecommunication station continues its function.

Additional goal is to provide permanent cables tension without their fastening along the mast after the antennas installation on the mast, cables connection to antennas in the lowest mast position and putting the mast into its operating position, thus making the telescoping and lowering of the mast more simple.

As well, the goal is to provide permanent cables tension during and after automatic decrease of the mast operating height in order to avoid their swinging and damage.

The next goal is to make the portable telecommunication station which is being transported by an individual trailer having been constructed for that purpose, thus reducing the price of the telecommunication station considerably, because one trailer can be used for individual transports of several portable stations or other equipment or material.

Telescopic mobile antenna mast consists of six sections made of steel tubes in the form of the lattice structure, triangular cross section, put one into another, mounted on the steel frame which forms the base of the portable telecommunication station equipped with telescopic supports which are used for rising up, supporting and levelling of the station at the location, thus eliminating the need to use the mobile crane for loading and unloading from the trailer.

The mast fixing when it is in its vertical position is executed by means of steel ropes - guy ropes fitted on the top of the first and the fourth section, thus avoiding the complicated system of guy ropes tensioning at automatic decrease of the mast operating height, what considerably reduces the price and increases the telecommunication station reliability.

Brief drawing description

Fig. 1 shows the portable telecommunication station in operating position

Fig. 2 shows a detail ,,A" - cables suspension at the top of the mast by means of spiral springs

Fig. 3 shows a detail "B" - system of automatic cables tensioning

Detailed description of at least one way of the innovation realization

The guides are installed above the container and on the guides there is a cart with pulley over which run cables whose lower ends are tied to the reeling drum, while their upper ends are flexibly tied to the top of the mast by means of spiral springs which provide necessary tensioning of the cables because of preventing their swinging and connected to the antennas, thus avoiding the need of cables fastening alongside the mast.

The cart with pulleys is being pulled synchronously with the speed of the mast lowering by means of an electrically driven winch installed at the rear end of the base and in such a manner keeps the cables constant tensioning thus preventing their damage and keeping proper signal conductivity during and after an automatic decrease of the mast height Telescopic supports are mounted on the telecommunication station base by which the complete station is lifted so that the trailer is released; and when the trailer is pulled out under the station then the station is being lowered down and levelled in the lowest possible position thus providing its greatest possible stability.

By reverse sequence of operation, the trailer is being put on the trailer and prepared for transportation.

Mode of innovation application

The application of this innovation results in considerable price reduction of the mobile telecommunication station, rationalization in its transportation, installation and maintenance,

there are no fastening of the cables alongside the mast, its stability in operating state is being increased by reducing the height of the gravity centre of the teiecommunication station by means of telescopic supports.

Related with this invention, changes and modifications are possible without leaving main idea and purpose.
