Abstract:
Provided are a portable terminal (10, 11), and a non-contact charging method for the portable terminal, whereby restrictions relating to non-contact charging are relaxed. The portable terminal (10, 11) is provided with a rectangular board-like housing (20), a first power receiving coil (31), a second power receiving coil (32), a third power receiving coil (33), and a fourth power receiving coil (34). The first power receiving coil (31) is disposed on a first side (21) of the housing (20). The second power receiving coil (32) is disposed on a second side (22) of the housing (20). The third power receiving coil (33) is disposed on a third side (23) of the housing (20). The fourth power receiving coil (34) is disposed on a fourth side (24) of the housing (20).
