Abstract:
A portable terminal (100) is provided with: a first case (101), which is provided with a first display section (102); a second case (104), which is provided with a second display section (105), and which is thinner than the first case; and a hinge section (107), which connects the first case and the second case to each other. The first case and the second case can relatively rotate between a closed state wherein the cases face opposite sides with the hinge section at the center, and an open state wherein the cases are along the same plane. A rotating axis line of the hinge section is disposed in the first case, and the second case moves in the direction to be away from the hinge section.
