Abstract:
Provided is portable-type radiography device such that it is possible to reduce the weight of a casing, and it is possible to preserve sufficient strength against impact of a casing surface. The portable-type radiography device (1) comprises a sensor panel (SP) which converts emitted radiation to an electrical signal and obtains image data, and a casing body (2) which houses the sensor panel (SP) and which is formed of a material which includes carbon fiber. A foam body layer (21) is embedded in the casing body (2). The casing body (2) is formed such that the thickness of a layer (22) which is further toward the outer side than the foam body layer (21) is greater than the thickness of a layer (23) which is further toward the inner side than the foam body layer (21).
