The present invention is a special type of heating fan coil in the field of mechanics and electronics.It is designed in such a way that it consumes less electricity and has a higher efficiency than similar models. Also, its simple design with minimal parts cause to low costs of installation, purchase and maintenance.

Claims

[Claim 1 ] A water-electric heating fan coil with a special water circulation and options such as, air humidification, sterilization and purification of the air. which comprises 2000 W heating element, cylindrical water tank, heating coil, water pump, fan, spiral pipes, thermostat, digital control unit, atomizer unit, and UVC lamp.

[Claim 2] The fan coil unit as defined in claim 1 which All heating mechanisms of this device are based on hot water flow in a closed cycle.

[Claim 3] According to claim 1 , the 2000W element with a length of 15 cm is located inside the hot water tank connected to the thermostat.

[Claim 4] According to claim 1 , the hot water tank is a cylinder with flat ends.

[Claim 5] Inside the cylindrical tank, the water flow positions are in the form of a spiral. This spiral form makes the water which loses its heat after leaving the heating coil, heat up more and better by passing through the spiral pipes around which the element is located, because the heat transfer in the spiral pipes is more and better.

Disadvantages of fossil heating systems such as gas heaters, Engine rooms, fireplaces that run on LPG and CNG gas or other fossil fuels pose risks such as fire, explosion, gassing and environmental pollution caused by the production of toxic gases and greenhouse gases and CO, from burning these types of fuels, come on.Another problem that can be mentioned is the excessive use of underground fossil fuels requires high costs of extraction, piping and maintenance.Another problem is that it is usually not possible or difficult to move or portable. Disadvantages of electric heating systems such as absorption and compression chillers, split, electric-gas Engine rooms, package system .Fancoils and etc , is that they have high Energy consumption, high energy loss, high installation and maintenance costs and the high price of these devices. According to our research, the heating-cooling device that has the lowest electricity consumption and the lowest installation and maintenance costs among all heating systems on the market is the Inverter Electric Duct Split. A big defect that splits have. That is, they are 2 pieces, ie the engine and condenser parts of the device is located in a separate part outside the device and outside the building, which in addition to taking up more space, increases the costs of construction, installation, and maintenance. The next problem is that conventional splits are not portable and if they are portable, their price is much higher.

Solution to Problem

The mechanism of our invention is based on the circulation of hot water in a closed cycle. The main parts of the device include : element 1500W, circulation water pump, sensors, thermostat, fan, Electrical control board ‘Pumps, reciprocating pipes, steering board, heating coil, cylindrical water tank .spiral pipe, heat transfer fan, body panel, humidifier system, air purification system, sterilization system ... All these parts are used in a calculated way. This device has a power of 1700w-1750w, ie 11000-12000 cal, and air output of 300cfm. The device has an internal Power room. It also has a cylindrical water storage tank equipped with an element 1500W. Contains one liter of water . The water inside the heating coil , continues to flow through a spiral pipe inside the cylindrical hot water tank. This route is a closed cycle and water is flowing in this route by a pump. After leaving the heating coil , water enters the spiral pipes inside the cylindrical hot water tank.The water temperature rises after passing through the spiral pipes inside the cylindrical tank. The important point is that the spiral movement of water in the spiral pipes inside the cylindrical tank causes better heat transfer.Because the rotation time of water in a spiral pipe is longer than in a straight pipe, water has a longer chance of staying in the hot water tank so it heats up more and better.According to the experiment performed, the water in this spiral pipe heats up about 10 °C more than the straight pipe. This device can heat a space of 50 to 60 m2 with a temperature of at least 28 to 30 ° C . This device has an air ventilation system, which has a different process from the air purification systems available in the market. Also it uses a UVC lamp with a wavelength of 400 and three special filters (HEPA, photocatalysis and t2). The HEPA , filters 90% of viruses and microorganisms, and the photocatalytic filter absorbs viruses that pass through the HEPA filter.The UVC lamp with the calculated wavelength radiation is located between these two filters, which destroys the DNA of viruses and microorganisms. used to filter cigarette smoke and unpleasant odors in the environment. The UVC lamp is installed at a 45 degree angle and is hidden so that it is not visible and its rays do not radiate directly to the eyes and skin. This device has a humidifier section that has a smart board designed that if the ambient humidity is less than the defined humidity, this system intelligently provides humidity. Another option is an automatic sterilization system.The system includes a storage source for sterilizing or deodorizing agents and a mini-pump, sensor, timing and liquid spray nozzle. One of the advantages of this heating device is that all the components are installed inside the panel of the device, which takes up less space and ultimately prevents energy loss. It is also a portable device. The most important part of the device is the mechanism of how to heat water inside this device. In this innovative process, a cylindrical tank containing water, elements and spiral pipes has been used. The feature of this mechanism is to increase the water temperature with the lowest element power. According to reviews, the most similar Inverter Split model on the market to our device with an air output of 300cfm, consumes 9 A to generate the same heat of our device and supports a space of about 50 to 60 m2 . In our heating system with an output power of 11 ,000 to 12,000 cal of heat and air output of 300 cfm , the amount of electricity consumed is 6 to 7 A (power 1700 W) and can support 50 to 60 m2 of space .
