DETAILED DESCIPTION

The finding describes a portal couplable to a loading compartment of a transport means comprising a supporting frame, a rolling shutter, a reeling drum fastened to the supporting frame and adapted to determine the sliding of the rolling shutter, wherein the reeling drum is arranged for a position-adjustable coupling of the portal to the loading compartment. With particular reference to figures 1 to 3, the finding describes a portal couplable to a loading compartment of a transport means, wherein the portal comprises a supporting frame 10 and a rolling shutter 20 housed in the supporting frame 10.

The supporting frame 10 extending in a prevalent extension direction DIR1, particularly a vertical direction substantially parallel to the gravitational acceleration vector g, and in a secondary extension direction, particularly a horizontal direction substantially perpendicular to the gravitational acceleration vector g.

Within the scope of the present disclosure, some terminology conventions were assumed in order to make the reading easier and more fluent.

As the finding is intended to be used in the presence of gravitational acceleration g, the latter is intended to univocally define the vertical direction. Similarly, the terms “high” and “low” and the like are intended to be univocally defined based on the gravitational acceleration.

The vertical direction also identifies planes perpendicular thereto as “horizontal” planes.

Preferably, as reported in figure 1, the supporting frame 10 has a rectangular shape, opposite vertical sides 11, 12 and opposite horizontal sides 13, 14.

With particular reference to figure 1, the rolling shutter 20 is suitable for sliding in the sliding direction DIR1 corresponding to the prevalent extension direction of the supporting frame 10.

With particular reference to figures 2 and 3, the portal comprises a reeling drum 30 fastened to the supporting frame 10 and adapted to determine the sliding of the rolling shutter 20 in the sliding direction DIR1.

The reeling drum 30 is coupled to an assembly plates 32, 34 arranged at the ends of the reeling drum 30 in the proximity of the supporting frame 10.

With particular reference to figure 3, the assembly plates 32, 34 have a plurality of through holes 40 for a position-adjustable coupling of the portal 10 to the loading compartment. According to the finding, the assembly plates 32, 34 contain a plurality of through holes 40 suitable for being engaged by coupling means for a position-adjustable coupling of the portal to the loading compartment.

In other words, the plurality of through holes 40 and their arrangement on the assembly plates 32, 34 allows a coupling of the portal to the features of different loading compartments, ensuring a simple assembly of the loading compartment and a simple position adaptability of the portal with respect to a loading compartment.

Advantageously, according to the finding, the portal 10 comprises bar blocking means 50, 60 for a block closing the rolling shutter 20 on the supporting frame 10.

To this end, the figures 4a and 4b show first bar blocking means 50 of the rolling shutter 20, particularly comprising a linkage, figure 5 shows second bar blocking means 60 of the rolling shutter, particularly operated by an operating bar, and figure 6 shows handle blocking means of the rolling shutter, particularly a lock handle.

With particular reference to figure 4a, the first bar blocking means 50 are fastened on the rolling shutter 20 on the non-visible side when the rolling shutter 20 is closed and assembled in the proximity of a terminal end 21 of the rolling shutter 20 associating in closing to the supporting frame 10.

According to the finding, the first bar blocking means 50 comprise a linkage 51, in the median position of the first bar blocking means 50, and suitable for moving a pair of side bars 52, 53 in a same moving direction DIR2 but in respective opposite senses VI, V2 towards the opposite vertical sides 11, 12 of the supporting frame 10.

With reference to figures 4a and 4b, the first bar blocking means 50 further comprise first stop means 70, fastened in a non-movable manner on said supporting frame 10 on the non- visible side when the rolling shutter 10 is closed, i.e., from the inner side to a loading compartment on which the portal of the finding is assembled. According to the finding, the first stop means 70 are adapted to receive respective heads (particularly, head 53a is shown in fig. 4b) of the pair of side bars 52, 53 moved by the linkage 51 and stop the movement thereof by blocking in this way each movement of the rolling shutter with respect to the supporting frame 10.

With particular reference to figure 4b, the first stop means 70 comprise a stop-tooth mechanism to block the heads of the pair of side bars 52, 53 in the stop means 70.

The figure 5 shows second bar blocking means 60 of the bar blocking means 50, 60.

With reference to such figure, the second bar blocking means 60 are fastened on the rolling shutter 20 on the visible side when the rolling shutter is closed and assembled in the proximity of a terminal end 21 of the rolling shutter 20 associating in closing to the supporting frame 10.

According to the finding, the second bar blocking means 60 comprise a pair of fastening means 62, 63 constraining an individual operating bar 64; particularly such fastening means 62, 63 are assembled at opposite ends of the operating bar, in the proximity of the respective vertical sides 11, 12 of the supporting frame.

According to the finding, the second bar blocking means 60 comprise second stop means 80 fastened in a non-movable manner on the supporting frame 10, particularly on the respective vertical sides 11, 12, on the visible side when the rolling shutter 10 is closed, i.e., from the outer side to a loading compartment on which the portal of the finding is assembled.

The stop means 80 are suitable for receiving the individual operating bar 64 and stopping the movement thereof, such that each movement of the rolling shutter with respect to the supporting frame 10 is blocked.

In figure 5, the terminal end 21 of the rolling shutter 20 is hidden by the operating bar 64, since such end is arranged back to the operating bar 64 when the rolling shutter is in a closing position. Preferably, the second stop means 80 comprise a snap mechanism to block the individual operating bar 64 in the second stop means 80.

With particular reference to figure 6, in a variant of the finding, the portal further comprises lock handle blocking means 90, assembled on the rolling shutter 20, for a block closing the rolling shutter 20 on the supporting frame 10.

A portal couplable to a loading compartment of a transport means was described.

The finding achieves the following technical effects:

- easy portal assembly to a loading compartment.

- position adaptability of the portal with respect to a loading compartment.

- efficient closure of the rolling shutter of the portal when coupled to a loading compartment.
