Abstract:
The invention relates to a portioning device for pasty food packaged in disposable cylindrical sleeves (1), such as meat paste, spread cheese, or the like. The device comprises a head piece (2) which can be fitted over the front end of the disposable cylindrical sleeve (1) and which comprises an outlet opening (4) that can be closed by means of a closure (3). At least two elastic tabs (5) are provided which can be connected to the head piece (2), lie opposite each other, extend in the direction of the rear end (6) along the length of the disposable cylindrical sleeve (1) in the assembled state, and can be fixed to the disposable sleeve (1) at the rear end (6) thereof.
