Abstract:
A position adjustment mechanism according to the present invention comprises: an engaging part 2 provided at an end part Ca1 of an inner cable Ca, and having a screw part 21; and a position adjustment part 1 to which the end part Ca1 of the inner cable Ca is connected, and which is attached or fixed to an object to be connected. The position adjustment part 1 is structured to have a part E to be engaged with the screw part 21 as the engaging part 2 and the position adjustment part 1 rotate relative to each other to cause the screw part 21 to cut into the part E to be engaged. This structure makes it possible to provide a position adjustment mechanism which can be reduced in size and in which loosening is prevented from occurring due to external factors such as vibration.
