Abstract:
A position adjustment mechanism (10) comprises two adjustment units (11). The adjustment units (11) include: a shaft member (13) extending between a first device (3) and a second device (2) in a mutually opposing direction and having a thread portion formed in an outer peripheral surface thereof; a holding member (12b) with which the first device (3) is provided, the holding member (12b) having a threaded hole (12c) extending through the first device (3) in the opposing direction and holding the shaft member (13) through the threaded hole (12c); an abutting member (14) provided at the end of the shaft member (13) on the second device (2) side and abutting a coupling surface of the second device (2); and a compression coil spring 15 which is disposed so as to surround the shaft member (13) and the abutting member (14), and which is compressed by being sandwiched between the holding member (12b) and the coupling surface of the second device (2).
