Abstract:
Provided is a novel position control device with which deviation due to the nonlinear spring characteristic of a rolling device can be reduced. This position control device (5) controls the position of a moving body (1) of a positioning device (9) equipped with a rolling device (2). The deviation e(t) or d of the moving body 1 due to the nonlinear spring characteristic of the rolling device (2) is subtracted from or added to a position command Xref or r for the moving body (1). The deviation d is calculated by subjecting the friction force of the rolling device (2) to an equivalent transformation in a control circuit, and converting the friction force to a dimensional amount of displacement.
