Abstract:
This position estimation device comprises: a position data acquisition unit for acquiring position data for a transmitter output from each of a plurality of positioning devices; a density calculation unit for, on the basis of the plurality of items of position data from each of the plurality of positioning devices acquired by the position data acquisition unit, calculating the density of the plurality of items of position data; and a position estimation unit for estimating the position of the transmitter on the basis of the plurality of items of position data from the plurality of positioning devices and the density calculated by the density calculation unit.
