A position sensor of a motor according to the present invention comprises: a housing having a hollow portion formed therein and an accommodation space formed along the hollow portion; a ground ring formed through an inner circumferential surface of the housing; a first PCB installed in the accommodation space and having a first circuit portion formed thereon, to which a voltage is applied; an induction portion which is arranged to face the first PCB and makes a rotary motion; a connection bushing embedded in the housing and electrically connected to the ground by a fastening member; and a relay portion installed in the accommodation space and electrically relaying the ground ring and the connection bushing, wherein the ground ring includes: a body formed through the inner circumferential surface of the housing; a contact portion formed at one side of the body and arranged in the hollow portion; and a first connection portion extending from the other side of the body and contacting the relay portion in the accommodation space, the ground ring thus discharging, to the ground, an induced current generated by the rotary motion of the shaft passing through the hollow portion. Accordingly, a novel structure for realizing a motor of a compact size is provided.
