Abstract:
The present invention relates to a positioning apparatus, which comprises a latch, and a rotating body that rotates around a shaft under the drive of a power unit. The rotating body is provided with a drive part that rotates together therewith so as to shift the latch to generate a telescopic displacement. Further provided is a washing machine, which comprises an inner drum that is configured such that at least one end thereof is sealed. The center of the sealed end of the inner drum is connected to a motor rotor by means of a rotary shaft. The positioning apparatus is mounted on the washing machine, the latch of the positioning apparatus is telescopically latched with the rotor for use in locking the rotor, so that the inner drum stops rotating to be in a fixed position. By means of providing a washing machine with a positioning apparatus that locks a motor rotor so that an inner drum stops rotating to be in a fixed position, the inner drum of the washing machine stops rotating to be in a fixed position, thereby achieving the usage objectives of locking and positioning the inner drum of the washing machine and keeping same stationary and non-moving in a fixed position.
