Abstract:
A positioning control device for a transmission comprises a driven element (1) connected with a rotating component of the transmission and at least one photoelectric coupler (2) mounted on the fixed components of the transmission, wherein the photoelectric coupler (2) has a transmitter (21) and a receiver (22). The driven element (1) is installed between the transmitter (21) and the receiver (22) of the photoelectric coupler (2). The signal output end of the receiver (22) is connected with the signal input end of a pulse signal processing circuit (3), and the signal output end of the pulse signal processing circuit (3) is connected with a central processor. The structure of controlling an on-off signal in a non-contact manner is formed between one straight edge of the driven element and the photoelectric coupler, and the on-off control signal by reference to a line effectively improves the accuracy of the positioning control for the transmission. The non-contact control can completely avoid the misoperation problem caused by the mechanical damage of a positioning control device in a mechanical contact manner, thereby effectively improving the overall performance and the service life.
