Abstract:
This positioning control device is provided with: a position command signal generation unit 11 which generates a position command signal 22 for driving a motor 1 so as to move a mechanical load 2 a distance equal to a target travel distance D; a drive control unit 15 which performs positioning control on the basis of the position command signal 22 and a detected position signal 25 representing the position of the mechanical load 2; a residual vibration information recording unit 13 which stores a plurality of sets of residual vibration information 24; and a position command signal parameter determination unit 14 which, on the basis of a positioning tolerance 23 and the plurality of sets of residual vibration information 24, determines a position command signal parameter 21 for generating the position command signal 22 so that a residual vibration amplitude is equal to or less than the positioning tolerance 23.
