Abstract:
A polarizing plate positioning device (10), which is arranged adjacent to a delivery roller (80) and can receive a polarizing plate delivered by the delivery roller (80) to realize rough positioning of the polarizing plate. The positioning device (10) comprises a positioning machine platform (100), a belt delivery mechanism (200) and a drive mechanism. The belt delivery mechanism (200) is arranged under the positioning machine platform (100) and connected to the drive mechanism. The belt delivery mechanism (200) can rise relative to the positioning machine platform (100) to be partially exposed above the positioning machine platform (100) with the driving of the drive mechanism. The positioning device (10) can ensure that an entire polarizing plate can smoothly enter the positioning machine platform (100) from the delivery roller (80) and be delivered to a target position, avoids the phenomenon that the polarizing plate cannot be completely detached from the delivery roller, which is caused by an excessively large friction force between the polarizing plate and the positioning machine platform, or the phenomenon that the polarizing plate moves too fast on the positioning machine platform and causes crashes and rebounds between positioning components, which is caused by an excessively small friction force between the polarizing plate and the positioning machine platform.
