A positioning fixture for manufacturing a cutting tool comprises a fixture main plate (1). An installation plate (3) is provided at an end of the fixture main plate (1), and an adjustment slide recess (5) is provided on a surface at another end of the fixture main plate (1). A position-limiting plate (7) is provided on an upper side of the adjustment slide recess (5). A screw nut base (11) is connected to a lower surface of the position-limiting plate (7). An adjustment screw shaft (14) is rotatably connected at the inside of the adjustment slide recess (5) via a bearing. The screw nut base (11) is sleeved on the adjustment screw shaft (14). An adjustment recess (16) is provided on a side at an end of the adjustment slide recess (5). The screw nut base (11), a worm wheel (13), the adjustment screw shaft (14), and a worm shaft (15) are designed such that fixing of a cutting tool only requires using an adjustment hand wheel to rotate the worm shaft (15), such that the worm wheel (13) drives the adjustment screw shaft (14) to rotate, enabling the screw nut base (11) to move, which in turn drives the position-limiting plate (7) to fix the cutting tool, thereby improving fixing stability. In addition, self-locking achieved by the worm shaft (15) and the worm wheel (13) prevents loosening of the cutting tool after being fixed.
